MotivEats' was born from sheer grit, determination and the desire to create a difference through healthy and nutritious food.
I'm Siobhan Sanderson, the founder of MotivEats and part of the kitchen team. After years in the corporate world and a life-changing experience on Season Two of MasterChef 2010, I followed my calling in food. Leaving city life behind, I moved to Margaret River, took over 'The Larder,' and built a thriving catering and wholesale business.
When COVID hit, we pivoted to meet the demand for take-home meals, but the uncertainty took a toll on my mental health. To regain focus and positivity, I embarked on a personal fitness journey that transformed my life. The macro portion-controlled meals I prepared played a crucial role in my success, helping me achieve both mental and physical well-being.
MotivEats was born out of this experience—dedicated to helping others achieve their goals through convenient, nutritious meals. My team and I are driven by the desire to motivate people to improve their dietary habits and overall well-being, just as I did.
